I must say, the experience wasn't flawless. The lack of a proper clothes steamer or iron in the room was quite inconvenient. the shuttle service to the city operated with very limited hours, impacting travel convenience. The infrequency made planning excursions difficult (we were relying on it).

The breakfast was acceptable, with a sufficient variety of options available each morning.

The room felt quite small and dark. I was surprised there was no shower, only a bath, not ideal given the weather. The service was not particularly attentive. I expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber.
